Open workshops

Intensive workshops open to all community organisations.

Why LBG for Community Partners?

LBG corporate members increasingly require their community partners to understand the business need to measure results and to use the LBG model as a framework for measurement and reporting.

In response to this need, LBG for Community Partners was launched to help community organisations:

  • understand the LBG model and why businesses use it
  • monitor and report on existing projects using the LBG framework
  • establish a common language with corporate sponsors
  • use the LBG model as an internal management tool
  • utilise a recognised format for presenting potential projects

Open workshops provide:

  • a comprehensive introduction to the LBG model
  • examples of best practice in LBG measurement
  • interactive exercises to familiarise participants with the model
  • individual assistance in applying the LBG model to participants’ current projects
  • a workshop manual for future reference
  • an extensive list of key performance indicators

Delegate numbers are limited to one per organisation in order to facilitate open discussion and participant involvement.
